We make tempeh from fermented soybeans. It is very high in fibre, easily digestible and contains many good nutrients. It also contains a high content of iron, calcium and magnesium. An extraordinary nutritious product! Tempeh is very suitable for marinating and is slightly firmer than tofu in terms of bite. When baking, tempeh quickly gets a crispy outside. The taste is a bit nutty, you can make a really nice burger with it, for example.
