Baked Kohlrabi

Ingredients

6 cups fresh kohlrabi, diced
1/3 cup sour cream
1 egg

Salt and freshly ground black pepper

Method

Boil kohlrabi in water until tender, drain and let cool. In blender or food processor, puree kohlrabi. In separate bowl, mix sour cream, eggs and add salt, pepper, and allspice. Add kohlrabi to egg mixture and incorporate well then pour into buttered baking dish. Place baking dish in pan half full of water and bake in 375ºF oven for 30-40 minutes.
