Grilled Fish with Fennel
Grilled Fish with Fennel.
Ingredients
2 large fennel bulbs (sliced into 6 lengthways)
Olive Oil
4 good sized fillets (un oily fish such as (Cod, Sea Bass, Halibut or Trout)
The juice of 1 lemon
Salt/pepper + lemon wedges
Method
Pre heat grill to a medium heat. Lightly boil or steam fennel till tender.
Oil an ovenproof dish and layer the base with the fennel.
Season the fish and pour sufficient olive & lemon juice over
it and grill for approx. 8 mins (test to see if it's cooked)
Serve drizzled with olive oil and garnish with lemon wedges.
