Cabbage and sesame stir fry

Serves 4

Ingredient

450 gm cabbage (any kind or a mix of leaves ie kale and pac choi) very finely shredded

1 tabsp ligt oil

1 clove of garlic finely chopped

2cm piece of fresh root ginger, finely chopped

2 tsp soy sauce

1 tdp toasted sesame seeds

Method

Heat the oil in a wok, then sautee the the garlic and ginger for just one minute. Add the cabbage and stir fry for 3 - 5 minutes - until just tender. Stir in the soy sauce and cook for one minute. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and serve.
