Crispy Kale
Ingredients
Kale
Groundnut oil
Garlic
Ginger
Soy sauce
Method
One particularly easy way of serving kale is to cut out most
of the stem and shred the leaves very finely.
Then fry the leaves in hot groundnut oil along with some
garlic and ginger.
The kale takes on a slightly crispy texture, a little similar
to seaweed.
Before serving, pour on some good quality soy sauce.
